OUR 2011 SEASON IS NOW OVER AND COULD NOT HAVE GONE BETTER. SKYZONE HAS WON BOTH THE BRITISH SUPERMOTO CHAMPIONSHIPS.
WE ARE NOW MAKING PLANS FOR 2012 WHICH HOPEFULLY WILL SEE US RETURN TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ONCE AGAIN.
TIME FOR A LONG OVERDUE UPDATE...

WHERE DO WE START??! we have been very busy over the last few weeks not only with both BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS but also SUPERMOTO OF NATIONS which i will get to later on. with one round still to go in both the british championships, skyzone rider, chris hodgson has secured both championships in world class style by winning all 6 races at the last rounds held at silverstone. i must stress this is an unofficial result and is based on our fingers and toes calculations! more news on this after the last round at cadwell.
once again this year both skyzone riders, richard blakeman and chris hodgson were picked for the SUPERMOTO OF NATIONS british team, this year held at the stunning motorland complex in aragon spain, chris as rider in the main 3 man team, but richard as junior team manager, which was a great honor for him and us!
this year saw 21 countries enter the supermoto of nations, the largest entry since the event began. skyzone, once again were asked to transport both the junior and senior teams bikes and kit to spain, which we were happy to do. after a nail biting weekends racing the senior team finished second winning silver medal!, this is the best result GB has ever achieved at the event!
it will be televised on sky, channel 413 on thursday the 13th of october 2011 at 6.25pm and will be repeated should you miss it.
i will attach the press release from the event to this site for a more detailed report.
we are in the process of making plans for next year, whilst still preparing for the final rounds at cadwell, we also hope to be exhibiting at this years motorcycle show at the NEC with some of our race bikes.
finally for now, we are looking at boosting the teams strength with the addition of another rider for the 2012 season and possibly returning to the world stage once again by entering the british, european and world championships.. stay tuned!

well, its been a very fruitfull season so far. chris hodgson is leading both the BRITISH 450 ELITE SUPERMOTO CHAMPIONSHIP and also the BRITISH OPEN ELITE SUPERMOTO CHAMPIONSHIP!!
couple that with the fact that chris has once again been picked for the BRITISH TEAM for the SUPERMOTO DES NATIONS 2011 held in spain in september and you will see skyzone is as a team is acheiving some fantastic results.!!
with only 3 rounds left of the british championships things are looking good and we are working hard to do everything we can to continue with this success.
